What do I need to know?-
Wear your gym clothes if you have some. If its your first time wear something you can move freely and comfortable in. Dont forget to bring your water bottle and towel.

There is plenty of parking around the complex. if you need to park as close as possible due to health or ability, please let me know beforehand so I can arrange door to door parking for you

We will start your session together doing a variety of activities planned for your ability. during this time I will ask you about your day and weekly routine to get a feel for how you're doing what you’re feeling capable of today.
