Cortex 6-week SCHEDULE
Is Cortex Right For You?
Cortex coaching is designed for people who want more than just another workout.
It may be a good fit if you:
• feel strong but lack coordination or control in certain movements
• train regularly but still struggle with posture or tight hips and shoulders
• want to learn calisthenics skills like pull-ups, handstands or L-sits
• feel unstable, hesitant or disconnected from your body during training
• sit for work and notice your posture slowly collapsing over time
• want to rebuild strength safely and intelligently after injury or setbacks
For Parents
Cortex training is also ideal for kids who:
• prefer gaming or indoor hobbies over sport
• feel anxious or overwhelmed in team sport environments
• struggle with coordination, posture or body awareness
• would benefit from confidence through strength and movement
Sessions are calm, structured and focused on building capability rather than exhausting workouts.
Improve your quality of life today.
Cortex trains the nervous system first so strength, posture and skill can develop properly.
Most training focuses on muscles and intensity.
Cortex focuses on how the brain communicates with the body.
When the nervous system learns the movement pattern:
• strength improves
• posture improves
• coordination improves
• confidence improves
01
Neural Strength Training Teaching the brain and body to work together.
02
Calisthenics Skill Development Handstands, L-sits, pull-ups, bodyweight strength.
03
Posture & Movement Correction Fixing the effects of sedentary lifestyles and device use.
How can Cortex Calisthenics help?
-
If skills won’t stick despite consistent training, the issue is usually timing and neural sequencing.
Cortex rebuilds the pathway so strength can finally express into skill. -
Tight hips, limited range, or unstable joints aren’t always flexibility issues — they’re often nervous system protection patterns.
Cortex uses controlled, progressive exposure to restore safe movement and usable range without forcing positions. -
After injury, the body often stays guarded long after tissue has healed.
Cortex helps retrain coordination, load tolerance, and confidence so you can move again without hesitation or fear.
Book your in studio Fitness assessment
Your first session is a movement and posture assessment where we identify how your nervous system is controlling your body.
During the session we will:
• Assess posture and joint control
• Test coordination and balance
• Mobility and Stability control
• Strength Test
You'll leave with a clear plan for improving:
Posture ~ Control
Strength ~ Hypertrophy
Coordination
Confidence in movement
This is where the rebuild begins.
“You can be disciplined in business
but if your body signals fatigue, that’s what people remember.”
